Need an Official Record?
Use the custodian that matches the Jefferson County record:
- Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
- Criminal histories and CCH responses: contact the Wisconsin Department of Justice Crime Information Bureau
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact Jefferson County Sheriff's Open Records or the jail
- Official Wisconsin checks: order through WORCS or the authorized DOJ channel
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement: contact the court that entered the Jefferson County judgment
