Questions about official Jefferson County criminal records belong with the government office that created or keeps the file. The contacts below route court papers to the Clerk, sheriff reports and jail records to the Sheriff's Office, and statewide criminal history requests to Wisconsin DOJ.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
